In 1997 we received a similar honour for the development of belt tensioning technologies.  Dr. B.A. Hutchinson (Technical Director), Dr. P.M.R. Smith (Managing Director) and Sir Ralph Carr Ellison the Lord Lieutenant  of  Newcastle at the presentation ceremony for the Queens Award for Technology.
