We are able to respond quickly and efficiently to new requests as we use the latest software for design and simulation.  On screen CAD solid models are transferred to our machine shop for manufacture on high speed CNC machining centres. The pictures (top and bottom left) show the housing for a tension meter requested for cold condition vehicle testing capable of operating at -40C. We can accept CAD data in any format which can be transferred to us through the Autoweb FDX file exchange system.
Matching our mechanical design and manufacture capability we have a complete facility for the design and manufacture of the electronic content of our equipment. We are able to move from on-screen design and simulation to prototype PCB manufacture and validation in less than a day. With close links to Newcastle University we have access to new technologies in their early stage of development so that we may be first to incorporate them into our equipment as soon as they are viable.
